Rachel Glibbery, E-RYT500 & M.Ed.
Rachel was a stressed out high school teacher when she finally gave herself permission to practice and study yoga. Motivated by her transformative experience, Rachel trained with Sara Cain-da Costa and Michele Tampa Hoag in 2017 and began teaching immediately. Rachel has experience teaching a variety of styles in the York county area, including studio, virtual, corporate, and private settings. She is also a Reiki practitioner and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Rachel is now a Professor of Yoga at Winthrop University and partners with the Rock Hill Schools Mental Health Department to offer yoga for faculty and staff wellness.
Rachel teaches a relaxing, empowering flow and believes that yoga asana should be modified to fit your body, not the other way around. If you’re brand new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, Rachel’s class offers a welcoming space for you to come as you are.
Rachel is a native of Rock Hill, SC where she lives with her husband and two pups. She understands the importance of challenging yourself in a loving, mindful way. She can’t wait to meet you!
